HAPPEN (Incoming Students)

HAPPEN is a PAID three week summer program and designed to enhance the student's college-level basic knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in health career goals. In addition to receiving great benefits, students accepted into the program will receive FREE college credit for a chemistry, math or a statistics course. Tuition is paid by the HCOP program with no charge to students. Students receive a $62 stipend for each of the 15 instructional days.

The class you are placed in will depend on your ACT/SAT Placement test scores. You must apply and be accepted to WVU by April 15th in order to take one of the classes listed. An ACT score of 19 is required for admission to WVU. Learn more information about ACT/SAT requirements.
