Overview
The Translational Core provides investigators with the expertise and technologies needed to advance laboratory discoveries toward clinically meaningful applications. It bridges mechanistic research with drug-focused and biomarker-driven strategies to accelerate therapeutic development.
The Core maintains advanced imaging and analytical resources, including wide-field and confocal fluorescence microscopy, quantitative image analysis, and customized analysis solutions. It also supports the development of 3D culture systems such as patient-derived organoids and spheroid models, along with specialized functional and drug-response assays.
In addition, the Core offers study design consultation, target validation strategies, assay development, integrated molecular and cellular analyses, bioinformatics support, and assistance with grant and collaborative program development.
