CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Jess Luzier, Ph.D., ABPP, CED-S, associate professor of medicine at West Virginia University School of Medicine Charleston Campus is one of ten health care leaders in the state to be recognized as part of West Virginia Executive magazine’s 2023 Health Care Hall of Fame.
