I wanted to become a nurse because caring for others has always been important to me. My mom has been a nurse for 30-plus years and she has always been my role model, so I feel like that was another reason I wanted to become a nurse.
Congratulations graduates! We hope you enjoyed the commencement ceremonies, whether you were watching the livestream from home, or you were joining us in-person on campus.

Within the clinical settings, our professors are so eager for us to learn. You are present, they are present, and you truly do see how much someone can care for you and your success as a student. It feels like family here and I know I can always talk to my teachers.
I am well prepared for my future endeavors; my professors took the time to help shape my future in nursing. From the coursework and clinicals I have obtained with classmates, I feel very well equipped to be a part of a team while managing my patients' condition.
With graduation right around the corner, I feel more prepared every day to be a nurse. My professors have made an incredible impact on not only my knowledge but also my heart. My professors have been excellent examples of how to be a good nurse and show your patients that you truly care for their well-being.
