Xanthine oxidase mediates the vascular dysfunction with direct and in-utero electronic cigarette exposure

Electronic cigarettes are a major risk factor that contributes to the vascular contributions to cognitive impairment and dementia.

The purpose of this project is to determine the mechanisms by which electronic cigarettes through direct exposure or during in-utero maternal exposure contributed to aortic and cerebrovascular dysfunction and cognitive decline.
