Nanoscale Mechanisms of NMDAR dysfunction in AD

The goal of this project is to aim to discover the molecular mechanisms of synaptic failure in Alzheimer’s disease by applying state of the art techniques to investigate how different organizational principles of NMDARS might regulate how distinct synapses are targeted for dysfunction in AD.
