Developing an integrated system for detailing the conformational flexibility, heterogeneity, and dynamics of functional oligonucleotides

This project will produce a powerful technology platform that opens the door to the study of structure establishment by functional nucleic acids. The technology provides the solution to the unmet need to resolve oligonucleotide structural transformations, co-existing solution structures, and conformer flexibility with ultra-high sensitivity.

Unleashing the true potential of structure establishment analyses for functional nucleic acids will have an indelible impact on the development of new therapeutic strategies for diverse diseases.
