Children’s In-Home and Community-Based Services Improvement Evaluation Project, Phase IIa

WV DHHR has engaged WVU to conduct the system outcome evaluation for the overall child welfare system improvement initiative. During Phase II, this work will focus on refining the survey tools for the outcome evaluation primary data collection efforts and refining the evaluation plan based on the timing and availability of the DHHR data sources needing to be analyzed.
