New CONNECT homepage launches

A new version of CONNECT launched Wednesday, Jan. 8, but the new, fresh presentation won’t change the content.

CONNECT will continue to present the same news you need to know and important messages in an updated package. You will still be able to access all of the links that take you to the resources you need.

The redesign is not radical, but it might take some time to adjust to the new layout. Here's a preview: http://connect.wvumedicine.org.

The new site can detect the logged in user and their location. That will allow relevant content to display for the user. 

Keep in mind that although CONNECT will have a new look on its homepage and some other pages, not every single CONNECT webpage has been updated. Users may come across pages, like departmental sites, that remain from the old site. These pages will be given a new look in the future.

If you are unable to find something on the new CONNECT, you will be able to access the old CONNECT. A "Legacy Intranet Sites" link can be found in the new footer.

If something is missing or not functioning on the new version of CONNECT, contact us the Help Desk. Choose Internet and Networking > Intranet > Fill out the form.
