Employees' 2019 W-2 statements available in UltiPro

Employees' 2019 W-2 statements are now available for viewing and printing on the UltiPro website.

To access your statement, login, click "Myself" and "W-2", and then select the year (2019). You can elect to print your W-2 statement or view only.

If you elected to have your W-2 mailed to your home, the statements will be mailed from the UltiPro corporate office in Weston, Fla., via the U.S. Postal Service to your home address. Please allow ample time for delivery before submitting a ticket via HROneSource.

For tax year 2019, the Affordable Care Act requires that all employees eligible for medical coverage receive a 1095-C tax form from their employers on or before March 2. A 1095-C form is similar to W-2 form. WVU Medicine will send one copy of the form to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and one copy to eligible employees. A W-2 form reports your annual earnings. A 1095-C form reports your healthcare coverage throughout the year. If eligible, you will receive the form on or before March 2. You do not need this form to file your taxes. However, be sure to keep it for your tax records.
