Dr. Chris Goode Named Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Integration Officer

We are excited to announce that Chris Goode, MD, FACEP, has been appointed as the executive vice president and chief clinical integration officer for the WVU Health System. In alignment with our strategic plan, WVU Medicine 2035, Dr. Goode will lead efforts to improve access, care coordination, and the overall patient experience across our Health System.

Dr. Goode will continue serving as chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at the WVU School of Medicine while taking on this important leadership position. As executive vice president, he will focus on establishing a coordinated ambulatory access platform, advancing care models across the continuum of care, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to optimize performance in value-based care initiatives.
