Journaling to Relieve Stress

Carve out some time from studying for finals to learn breathing techniques and the benefits of journaling. The event will educate participants on stress relieving interventions and their importance while providing the opportunity to practice deep breathing and design a journal to take home.

 

Presented by School of Nursing student Shelby Thomas as part of her capstone project with support from WVU Health Sciences BeWell and the Collegiate Recovery Program.
