WVCTSI to launch fee and prioritization structure for research data services
The West Virginia Clinical and Translational Science Institute (WVCTSI) offers a wide variety of innovative systems and platforms to assist investigators with data collection and analyses. To ensure sustainability of these services and effectively manage the surge in service utilization, a fee schedule and prioritization levels will be implemented January 5, 2026.

WVU School of Nursing to host PBS documentary screening of “Picture Proof,” highlighting the impact of addiction
The WVU School of Nursing will host a free screening of the PBS documentary “Picture Proof” on Monday, Dec. 1 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Okey Patteson Auditorium at the WVU Health Sciences Center. The documentary examines the intergenerational impact of addiction by chronicling the life of a woman from southern West Virginia who is struggling to live a life of sobriety.
Health Professions Education Grand Rounds: Dr. Thompson to give presentation on lessons learned in patient care
Krstal Thompson, DDS, will give a presentation focusing on lessons in patient care for the Department of Emergency Medicine grand rounds on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at noon.
