Neal Museum opens “White Coat” exhibit

A new temporary exhibit, “The Tradition of the White Coat,” is now on display at the William A. Neal Museum of the Health Sciences. The White Coat Ceremony is a rite of passage for students that affirms their commitment to humanism in medicine and marks their progress toward entering a career in the medical field.

The WVU Division of Communication Sciences and Disorders is seeking volunteers diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease to participate in a paid research study. The study focuses on how Clear Speech Intervention affects speech communication for people with the disease. Individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s who are noticing difficulty with their speech and communication are encouraged to apply.

Murray named to WV Executive Young Guns Class of 2024
