Dr. Carl Schmidt will providing introductions for Dr. Tarpley to present his lecture in person May 17, 2023, from 7:30 -8:30 a.m. The lecture given by Dr. Tarpley is titled “Global” Surgery 2023: An Interim Report.

Faculty bylaw updates to be presented at the Spring '23 Faculty Meeting
The School of Medicine Spring Faculty Meeting will be held on Friday, May 5, at noon via Zoom. A link was sent to faculty's email on 4/17 with the subject line: Faculty bylaw updates to be presented at the Spring Faculty Meeting. Attendance is important as the School of Medicine faculty will approve the Class of 2023 graduates of the M.D. and Professional Programs. In addition, during this time changes to the faculty bylaws will be reviewed and put to a vote.
