Sponsored by West Virginia University Global Health Program, Health Sciences will host Dr. Rahul Gupta as the keynote speaker for Global Health Week 2025 at the event “Health Without Borders: Innovation, Access, and the Future of Global Health” on Monday, Oct. 6, at noon in Room 1905 of the Health Sciences Center North. A Zoom option will also be available.

Virtual Mindful Steps series begins Oct. 2
Mindful Steps Part 1 is a six-week intermediate class that is designed to assist in developing and maintaining mindful resilience, mental fitness and relaxation. Participants are invited to attend up to six one-hour sessions that offer a variety of simple yet practical tools to be mindful in daily living. The class is on Thursdays from Oct. 2 to Nov. 6 from noon to 1 p.m. on Zoom.
