HSC Microsoft 365 services will be unavailable for a few hours on Oct. 31
HSC ITS has tentatively scheduled the migration of HSC Microsoft 365 services for 10 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2022, as part of the previously announced Active Directory migration project. This will result in an approximately three-hour outage of all services such as Outlook email, Calendar, Teams and SharePoint.

WVU student participants still needed for a driving behaviors survey
We are still actively recruiting current WVU students to participate in a survey about driving after marijuana use during the COVID-19 pandemic. All the participants can complete this survey on REDCap or scan the bar code. Acknowledgment of this study by WVU’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) is on file.

COVID-19 vaccine update webinar to be hosted by West Virginia Immunization Network
The CDC is anticipated to recommend COVID-19 Omicron booster shots for children 5 years of age and older by mid-October 2022. This West Virginia COVID-19 Vaccine Update webinar on Friday, Oct. 28, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. will provide an overview of the recommendations for the Omicron COVID-19 booster shots and clinical guidance for administering these vaccines.
