Diversity Week: School of Dentistry DEI Committee to showcase diverse cultures in poster display
As part of Diversity Week, the School of Dentistry's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee will showcase information about different ethnic groups in the school in a poster display. The display will be available Wednesday, Oct. 14 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the hallway to the right beyond the Pylons, between the School of Dentistry and the School of Pharmacy.
Diversity Week: MASH presents student panel on navigating health education as a person of color
As part of Diversity Week, the Multicultural Association of Students in Healthcare (MASH) will lead a student panel titled, "Navigating Health Professional Education as a Person of Color/Under-Represented Minority." The panel will be held Tuesday, Oct. 13 from 7 to 8 p.m. via Zoom.

As part of WVU’s annual Diversity Week, the School of Public Health will host Della V. Mosley, PhD, Black queer feminist, scholar, activist and healer committed to liberation, as its keynote speaker on Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Lawn chairs available for students to use across Health Sciences campus
Starting Wednesday, Oct. 7, lawn chairs will be available for students to use across the Health Sciences campus to help promote social distancing in the outdoors.

WVU Global Health Week lectures to showcase importance of worldwide interconnectedness
West Virginia University will celebrate Global Health Week 2020 from Monday, Oct. 19 through Friday, Oct. 23. Sponsored by the WVU Global Health Program, six lectures will be offered via Zoom throughout the week. Faculty, residents, fellows, students, staff and the Morgantown community are invited to attend.
