Spring 2022 Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (PSCOR) Proposal Information
The WVU Research Office has released information for the Spring 2022 internal PSCoR funding opportunity. PSCoR is an internal competitive program offered through the Research Office and provides funding for research that will leverage external funding opportunities. Please note that this RFP is only for faculty who plan to resubmit a proposal that has not already been funded by a federal agency.

WVU to ease some campus protocols, mask requirements for classrooms, labs will continue
As infection and hospitalization rates due to the delta variant decrease, West Virginia University will lift mask requirements for individuals in all indoor spaces, regardless of vaccination status, beginning Thursday, Oct. 21; however, the University will continue to require masks in all classrooms, labs or any WVU System facility or building being used as a classroom for the remainder of the semester.

Office of Health Affairs seeking senior research associate
The Office of Health Affairs is seeking to fill the position of senior research associate. The position will report to Tom Bias, director of evaluation and research for Health Affairs. The ideal candidate will have applied evaluation experience with the ability to supervise junior researchers and lead large evaluation projects (but isn't seeking a standard faculty-track position).
