West Virginia University is committed to providing an on-campus learning experience as the spring 2022 semester approaches; however, with the rise in COVID-19 cases across the country and throughout the state because of the omicron variant, the University is implementing several updated campus health and safety protocols ahead of the start of classes that begin on Monday, Jan. 10.
WVU releases May 2022 Commencement Ceremony information
West Virginia University’s May 2022 graduates will be honored during commencement weekend, May 13-15. Students and parents are encouraged to check the graduation website often in the months and weeks leading up to commencement weekend where information will be added as more details are confirmed. The School of Public Health's ceremony is scheduled for 4 p.m. on Friday, May 13, in the WVU Creative Arts Center.

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at WVU is seeking volunteer instructors and presenters for its spring 2022 term, which runs April 10 through June 3.
HSC Zoom will require Single Sign-on and Multifactor Authentication starting Jan. 5
Effective Jan. 5, 2022, HSC-ITS will be implementing single sign-on and multifactor authentication for all HSC Zoom accounts. All users will use their WVU or WVUM Login credentials when logging in Zoom. This change will not affect users who do not have a Zoom account and only function as a meeting participant.
