Under the Dome delivers a review of issues being considered by the West Virginia Legislature. It provides information on matters that affect WVU and higher education, as well as other hot topics being addressed. This edition includes a rundown of the recent special session and April interim meetings.
WVU Health Sciences faculty invited to participate in adaptive sustainable health workshop
WVU Health Sciences faculty have been invited to join this interdisciplinary group of scientists and sector leaders from the public, private and international arenas. The workshop will be held May 10-11, 2022, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST via a virtual conferencing platform.
Employee Life Fair invites vendors to welcome Health Sciences employees

Teaching Scholars Program updates weekly meeting schedule
The WVU Health Sciences Teaching Scholars Program will meet on Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. via Zoom beginning with the 2022-23 class of scholars. Please make note of this change and be on the lookout for the faculty and chair application which will be available June 1, 2022.
New teaching resource available for all instructors
WVU is now offering all instructors (full- and part-time faculty and graduate teaching assistants) free access to the Magna Digital Library, Magna Publications’ new streaming service platform.
