Zoom is an application used for video communications offered through Mountaineer Doctor Television (MDTV). Using Zoom is appropriate for interviews, trainings, meetings, depositions, presidential forums, State of the School addresses, special events, and events with guest speakers.

Zoom Information on Public Websites #
Posting Zoom meeting information, including meeting IDs and passcodes, on public websites is prohibited. If Zoom is being used for a future event, a registration link should be posted on the website instead, and the Zoom meeting information should be shared privately with each registered member.
Zoom Information in SOLE #
Posting Zoom meeting information, including meeting IDs and passcodes, in SOLE is allowed.
