WVU in the News: Rudisill discusses challenges of enforcing texting-while-driving laws

Research Assistant Professor Toni Rudisill, Ph.D., led a study published in October in the journal Injury Prevention that highlighted a variety of challenges to enforcing laws involving cellphone use while driving.
