Virtual Mindfulness Meditation

Regular meditation sessions help strengthen mental muscle while promoting stress management, awareness of mind-body connection and relaxation. Led by instructors with decades of combined meditation experience, the Wellness Center offers three 20-minute mindfulness meditation sessions a week. Meditations are open to all students, faculty, and staff of WVU and employees WVU Medicine.
