The BeWell team is offering a series of helpful tips for mental health and wellbeing called "Try This Tuesday." This week, Layne Hitchcock discusses mental health apps, which can address different concerns often for free or for a small fee. Apps are also easily accessible and many provide notification options.
Reminder: Save a Life Day set for Saturday, Sept. 25
Save a Life Day will take place Saturday, Sept. 25 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 13 different locations in Monongalia County. During the event, Monongalia County Quick Response Team (QRT) members will offer free naloxone administration training.
