Virtual mindfulness holiday workshops scheduled to begin Nov. 15
Equip yourself this holiday season with a toolbox of mindful techniques designed to help transition more gracefully into the fall and winter months. Led by a team of expert instructors, this collection of workshops will teach participants a balanced mindfulness routine consisting of meditation, yoga, breathing, and mindful affirmations.
