WVU Professor presents at International Conference

Anne Swisher, PT, PhD, CCS, FAPTA, Professor and Director of Scholarship Development for Physical Therapy and Human Performance and a Cancer Institute Member recently attended the World Confederation of Physical Therapy’s Congress 2019 in Geneva, Switzerland on May 9-14 and presented research conducted at WVU Cancer Institute.

Dr. Anne Swisher presenting her poster about unmet physical therapy needs of lung cancer survivors seen in the Bridge clinic. She also gave a platform presentation about the physical function of persons undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
