U.S. Military Special Operations medic to present at special Grand Rounds

Join visiting clinician Phillip Gonzales, BSN, MSHS, for his presentations that seek to enlighten attendees about what military medicine is like and what Special Operations medics do for those who serve. Gonzales will draw from decades of first-hand experience to educate the audience for two presentations.

The first is Tuesday, Aug. 27 at noon to 1 p.m. at the Fukushima Auditorium. The second is Wednesday, Aug. 28 at 7 to 8 a.m. in the Okey Patteson Auditorium.

Gonzales, a retired first lieutenant, currently is an advanced medical instructor at the Combat Medical Training Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
