TRANSFORM program accepting applications

The TRANSFORM program, supported by the National Institutes of General Medical Sciences, is designed by and for faculty from historically under-represented minority in science and medicine, including those identifying as Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islanders. The goal is to ensure that URM faculty at the associate professor level acquire the skills and experiences needed to advance successfully to more senior faculty and leadership positions that allow them to thrive in their academic careers.

TRANSFORM is a year-long, multi-faceted leadership and career development program that that includes online learning, mentoring, coaching and an institutional project co-sponsored by the Association of American Medical Colleges. The application is now open.
