Three new residents chosen for orthodontics residency program
The next class of orthodontics residents to join West Virginia University School of Dentistry has been selected.
Two of them, Madison Smith and Allison Fritz, will graduate as dentists from WVU School of Dentistry this spring. Tamana Spingher will graduate as a dentist from Howard University this spring. They will begin the 36-month program orthodontics residency and masters program in the summer of 2023.
The postgraduate program is designed to develop skilled practitioners who can easily transition into and manage a busy orthodontic practice.
Residents complete an extensive orthodontics curriculum with emphasis on biomedical sciences, research and teaching.
Drs. Jenna Schneider, Stuart Mills and Anna Giles began the program in the summer of 2022. They will complete the program in 2025.
