Staff Announcement: Research Office Changes

Please see the message below from the Senior Associate Dean for Administration: 

Dear SPH Faculty & Staff:

It is with mixed emotions that I announce the resignation of Amanda Jelsema, director of research administration for the School of Public Health, effective December 20, 2019. Her strong leadership skills and dedication to the school are much appreciated. I realize Amanda’s resignation is a significant loss to the school, and we intend to fill her position as quickly as possible.

Amanda and her husband, Dr. Casey Jelsema, are relocating to Albuquerque, New Mexico, at the end of this semester. We wish them both well as they embark on this new journey. I appreciate your support while we work through this transition, and ask that you join me in congratulating Amanda and thanking her for her meaningful contributions to the School of Public Health over the past year.
