Registration open for first West Virginia Healthcare Safety, Quality and Experience Improvement Research Day

WVU Medicine and Health Sciences will host the first West Virginia Healthcare Safety, Quality and Experience Improvement Day on May 18 in Okey Patteson Auditorium and Pylons Commons at the Health Sciences Center in Morgantown.

This one-day conference is designed for individuals who are passionate about improving outcomes for their patients and communities to inspire and be inspired by sharing what they have learned, initiate and enhance collaborations, make connections and improve the visibility of projects.

Registration is available online.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for those who register.

Abstracts are being accepted through April 7 for quality improvement projects with the following topics:

  • Healthcare Safety Improvement
  • Performance Improvement
  • Healthcare Experience (patients, families and staff)
