Provost's Office to host town hall with School of Medicine faculty regarding proposed changes

School of Medicine faculty are invited to an upcoming information session with Melissa Latimer and Chris Staples from the Office of the Provost to discuss the proposed changes to the University faculty appointment, annual evaluation, promotion and tenure process.

This session is part of the efforts to ensure that the Office of the Provost’s annual review process and promotion and/or tenure processes are transparent, consistent, flexible and rewards research, teaching or service activities aligned with the land-grant mission as based on the careful work with the Academic Transformation Recognition and Rewards Committee and other key stakeholders over the course of the 2021 – 2022 academic year.
