Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at WVU hosts summer open houses
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at WVU will host a series of open houses this month for everyone with an interest in lifelong learning! The open houses are free, but RSVP is strongly encouraged. Register online or by calling the OLLI office at 304-293-1793.
Following are additional details about the the open house events:
- Join us on Zoom or Facebook Live on Thursday, June 15, for our virtual open house, A Taste of OLLI. Beginning at 3:00 p.m., A Taste of OLLI will feature an introduction to the program, short course descriptions by instructors, and a Q&A segment.
- For those who prefer to join us in person, we are pleased to announce that we are hosting a gathering at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, at the Mountaineer Mall in Morgantown. The in-person event will feature an introduction to the program and opportunities to talk with instructors, meet the staff and board members, and register for spring classes. Enjoy a selection of light snacks, coffee, and tea while you reconnect with old friends and meet new ones!
- An open house will also be held at the Schoenbaum Center in Charleston on Monday, June 26, at 3:00 p.m.
Designed for Gen Xers, Baby Boomers, their parents, and grandparents as a fun way to stay engaged and connected, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at WVU offers a wide variety of non-credit lectures, workshops, discussion groups, and social engagement activities.
