Online resources available for WVU community during winter break
As the fall semester wraps up and students, faculty and staff leave campus for winter break, the campus community is reminded of resources they can access online.
The WVU well-being website features several resources related to physical, community, financial, social, purposeful and emotional wellness for students, faculty and staff on all campuses.
The Carruth Center for Counseling and Psychological Services website offers a variety of online resources including self-help tools and information and tips on finding community providers.
WELLWVU’s website includes access to educational resources to learn about well-being tools for topics including stress management, relationships and drugs and alcohol.
Other resources such as Career Services, which provides assistance with resume reviews, practice interviews, job search coaching and more, have online tools to help students across WVU campuses prepare for new opportunities in the upcoming semester or after graduation.
The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program is a free service available to WVU employees and their dependents. The confidential resource provides professional staff and a safe place to sort through problems and determine the best resources available to address them.
