ITS simplifies personal purchases of JMP, SAS and SPSS software with new online store

Information Technology Services has launched a new e-commerce store to speed up order fulfillment for JMP, SAS and SPSS software purchased with personal funds. These personally purchased licenses may only be used for teaching and non-commercial academic research on University-owned or -managed computers.

Previously, the inability to collect credit card payments online forced students and employees to visit an ITS Service Center to pay for these software licenses, then await download instructions from the Software Licensing Information Center (SLIC) team. The purchasing process is now automated, getting software into customers’ hands faster.

Employees and students can log in with their WVU credentials and submit the Software Request Form. You will then be directed to the new e-commerce store to complete the transaction.
