Clinical Trials Toolkit - OnCore to EPIC Integration Part 2: Protocol Calendar/Billing Grid

WVCTSI will host its next Clinical Trials Toolkit Series on Friday, February 24. The following presenters will present "OnCore to EPIC Integration Part 2: Protocol Calendar/Billing Grid."

All Research Employees (approximately the first 20 minutes after introductions). There will be a brief review of the Retrieve Process for Execution (RPE) integration that was implemented in the Fall 2022, followed by a general overview of the upcoming and Clinical Research Process Content (CRPC) integration between OnCore and EPIC. The RPE integration involves demographics, protocol and subject statuses. The CRPC integration will focus on protocol calendars and billing grids between OnCore and EPIC

Cancer Center and RNI Employees only (approximately the last 30 minutes). During this section of the training there will be a deeper dive into the details of the CRPC integration from OnCore to EPIC. The protocol calendars within OnCore and how they integrate with the EPIC processes will be reviewed.
