Classroom Problem Reporting Form

See screen capture showing two new desktop icons that have been added to all Classroom PCs for quick references to support resources and a new problem reporting form to report classrooms issues. 

All problem reports will be sent to the management teams within Facilities/Maintenance Engineering and ITS.

*Please note all emergency requests for wall open/close needs should continue to be called into Facilities at 293.4115.  Room users should not try to open/close wall themselves.
