Area 80 permit process for new clinical faculty

Due to several major construction projects at the WVU Health Sciences Center, parking in Area 80 and surrounding areas is extremely limited.

New WVU/UHA clinical faculty requesting to purchase an Area 80 parking permit should email HSCparkingreview@hsc.wvu.edu. Those requesting permits will receive a special approval form to complete and return to the same email address. Once reviewed, individuals will receive notification of the next steps.

This process is only for WVU/UHA clinical faculty. Current faculty with Area 80 permits do not need to use the special approval form and will follow the usual automatic renewal process. Please note:

• An Area 80 permit does not guarantee a parking space at your preferred time.
• An Area 80 permit does not allow parking in other adjacent lots.
• If no spaces are available and you are also a WVU Medicine employee, you may follow WVU Medicine parking guidelines for alternative locations.
