Digital Signage Update for Health Sciences 

In early 2026, the University initiated a major change to the WVU Digital Signage platform. The previous InfoStations digital signage network is being phased out and replaced by an easy-to-use, cloud-based content management solution.  

The new digital signage infrastructure is being rolled out in stages across campus. The process at Health Sciences is being coordinated through the Chancellor’s Office. 

As of Friday, October 16, the Health Sciences Communications and Marketing team is unable to reliably access the Digital Signage software being phased out by the University. As soon as the Health Sciences process and policy for digital signage is determined, details will be shared with the HSC community.
