Focus Forward conference to be held April 1
Focus Forward returns April 1 to the Morgantown Marriott. This year’s conference, Minds and Machines, brings together more than 600 leaders from across government, education, business, and community organizations to explore how technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics are shaping our economy, workforce, education systems, and our daily lives.

Printing software upgrades March 16-April 1 should improve reliability, reduce outages
To improve reliability and reduce service interruptions, ITS will upgrade Managed Printing servers to new, vendor-recommended software from March 16 through April 1. Pharos, WVU’s printing supplier, has recommended this update as the solution to recurring printer outages.

The West Virginia University School of Nursing is launching a new Master of Science in Nursing Leadership (MSN-NL) program, a unique degree which will prepare graduates to become nursing faculty members, enter nursing administration roles, or obtain unit-level leadership at the clinical level.

IPE Student Award deadline extended to March 13, 2026
Students are encouraged to apply for the WVU Health Sciences Office of Interprofessional Education Student Award. All students who participate in HSC IPE activities are eligible and self-nominations are accepted. The deadline to apply has been extended to March 13, 2026.
