Join the Teaching and Learning Commons team as a faculty associate
Full-time faculty members who are passionate about teaching, interested in exploring pedagogical innovations with like-minded colleagues and want to become a valuable member of the Teaching and Learning Commons team are encouraged to become a TLC Faculty Associate for the next academic year. The deadline to apply is June 1.
WVCTSI offering Master Class on Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
WVCTSI will host a special two-day Master Class on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for public health health, clinical and policy research. All students, faculty and residents interested in clinical and translational research are invited to attend.
Beckley Campus hosts commencement, pinning ceremony for Class of 2022
The WVU School of Nursing Beckley Campus hosted a pinning ceremony for 28 students May 5 at Calvary Assembly of God. The ceremony focused on awarding BSN graduates the official WVU School of Nursing pin to welcome them as newly graduated nurses into the profession. The WVU Tech commencement ceremony was held May 7 at the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center.
Pre-Nursing student selected for SURE program
Emma Pittman, a pre-nursing student, has been selected for a Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE). SURE is for students interested in graduate school and research or creative work within their discipline or a related discipline.
