Maintenance work will close part of sidewalk between hospital, HSC today
Starting Monday, Sept. 28, at 6 a.m., a small portion of the sidewalk between the back of J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital and the Health Sciences Center will be roped off due to work on the outside of the hospital.

West Virginia University’s annual Diversity Week, slated this year for Oct. 11-17, promotes the celebration, education and understanding of different identities and experiences of students, faculty and staff across campus. Virtual events are planned WVU-wide, as well as events specific to Health Sciences.
Ruby ED Waiting Area Refreshed, Expanded
J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital recently completed the final phase of its Emergency Department waiting area refresh, and representatives from the Emergency Department and Planning, Design, and Construction, along with President and CEO Albert L. Wright Jr., toured the area on Sept. 17.
