2021 PDCI Pat Fedeles Award winner announced
The winner of this year’s Patricia “Pat” Fedeles Award for Compassion in Physical Diagnosis was presented to Kathryn Quillen on March 9, 2021. This award is presented to a second year medical student who portrays ongoing compassion, friendliness, and an overall caring attitude toward patients, peers, faculty, and staff.

Call for Applications: Dr. James Stevenson Scholarships
Behavioral and Biomedical Sciences (BBS) Training Program scholarships are available for 2021. These scholarships are made in recognition of Dr. James Stevenson, former Chair of the Department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry at West Virginia University. Two to three scholarship of up to $2,500 will be offered.
