David H. Moore, professor of law at Brigham Young University, will present “Interpreting Human Rights” and “The International Human Right to Health” from noon to 1 p.m. on Oct. 6 and Oct. 13, respectively.

The lecture, which is part of WVU Diversity Week, is free and open to the public.
