IPE Student Award deadline extended to March 13, 2026
Students are encouraged to apply for the WVU Health Sciences Office of Interprofessional Education Student Award. All students who participate in HSC IPE activities are eligible and self-nominations are accepted. The deadline to apply has been extended to March 13, 2026.
WVU Nursing student pursues purpose and passion in second degree journey
Bailey King, a nursing student from Fairmont, West Virginia, is pursuing her second degree at West Virginia University with a clear sense of purpose and passion. Hours adjustment to the Health Sciences parking shuttle
Based on rider feedback, the afternoon hours for the shuttle service between the West Virginia University Health Sciences Center and the WVU Innovation Corporation will shift to 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. starting on Monday, March 9.
Families invited to Easter egg hunt
Parents in Medicine, in collaboration with Operation Blue Sky, will host an Easter egg hunt on April 4 at 1 p.m. at the Health Sciences Center Memorial Garden. Families can participate in the event for a $10 donation, which includes access to a variety of activities. Proceeds will go to benefit local WV families and children.
