Printing software upgrades March 16-April 1 should improve reliability, reduce outages
To improve reliability and reduce service interruptions, ITS will upgrade Managed Printing servers to new, vendor-recommended software from March 16 through April 1. Pharos, WVU’s printing supplier, has recommended this update as the solution to recurring printer outages.
