Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Hygienist located in Pearisburg, VA. You will be responsible for conducting dental cleanings, performing dental prophylaxis, assessing and treating periodontal disease, and supporting the dentist in addressing the dental care needs of patients. You will educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Dentistry and general Dental Care practices
• Expertise in Dental Hygiene techniques and Dental Prophylaxis procedures
• Knowledge of diagnosing and managing Periodontal Disease
• Strong communication skills to educate patients on oral hygiene and build trust
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Licensed Dental Hygienist qualification as required by state regulations
• Experience in using dental technology and maintaining compliance with healthcare protocols
