Associate Dentist with Buy-In Potential

Job Description: Penn Family Dental, Inc. is a privately owned dental practice located in DuBois, PA. We are a well-established, patient-focused general dental practice seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our team. Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid PA state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Experience in general dentistry; experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Open Dental is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of medical records management and patient assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures in an understandable manner.
• Compassionate demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional patient experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary Details: $210,000.00 - $300,000 per year; Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
