Schreurs receives continued funding for dementias study
Bernard Schreurs, assistant vice president of Research Development in the West Virginia University Health Sciences Center and professor in the School of Medicine Department of Neuroscience, has received notification of continued funding for the research project “Stroke and Alzheimer’s Disease Related Dementias.” Paul Chantler, professor, and James Simpkins, professor emeritus, in the School of Medicine Department of Neuroscience, serve as co-principle investigators.
Nurkiewicz receives continued funding for Systems Toxicology pre-doctoral training
Tim Nurkiewicz, professor in the West Virginia University School of Medicine Department of Physiology, Pharmacology and Toxicology, has received notification of continued funding for the research project “Pre-doctoral Training in Systems Toxicology.”
